TejasOne (“App”) is an internal mobile application provided by Tejas Cargo India Limited (TCIL)
(“we”, “us”, “our”) for employees and authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains what
information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and the choices available to users.
This App is intended only for authorized employees, managers, administrators, and approved personnel.
It is not intended for public consumer use or for children.
1) Who this App is for
The App is intended for employees and authorized personnel to access HRMS/ERP features such as
attendance, leave and requests, approvals, notifications, profile information, and related
workplace workflows.
2) Information we collect
A. Account and profile information
- Employee code/ID, name, username
- Branch, department, designation, or related organizational details (if configured)
B. HRMS/ERP usage data
- Attendance records, timestamps, and attendance-related actions
- Requests, leave, approvals, workflow history, and related status updates
- Notifications related to actions and system events
C. Location information
- Approximate or precise location may be collected only if permission is granted and the feature requires it
- This may be used for attendance, geo-verification, or authorized business workflows, as configured by the organization
D. Camera / photos
- Camera access or photo capture may be used only if permission is granted and the feature requires it
- This may include selfie/photo capture for attendance verification or related workflow needs
E. Device and technical information
- Device model, operating system version, app version
- IP address, session information, crash details, and diagnostic logs for troubleshooting, security, and service improvement
3) How we use your information
- Authenticate users and provide access to authorized features
- Record attendance and support HRMS/ERP workflows
- Process requests, approvals, and related status updates
- Send in-app or push notifications regarding attendance, requests, approvals, and important updates
- Maintain application security, monitor misuse, troubleshoot issues, and prevent unauthorized access
- Comply with internal business, audit, legal, and operational requirements
4) Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information.
Data may be shared only:
- Within the organization with authorized HR, management, IT administrators, and relevant operational personnel for legitimate business purposes
